I'm having the same problems as other Android users. Took 20 minutes to login made me late for my job. I cleaned the cache reinstalled the app dozens of times complete disaster as a field app for investigators... adding insult to injury I can't even sign up for support
Works great on windows or on my Samsung. Cannot download on my new chromebook, which will be my primary for work. What will it take to use on my new chromebook??

Fix this thing for Android!!! Constantly get the loading circle of death and have to reinstall everyday multiple times.
Horrible app if you have an Android! Have uninstall and install everytime to make anything work 1 time. HORRIBLE
The app only works some of the time, and not very often. I need an app I can rely on while I'm in the field making updates as I go.

The app works pretty decently. Easy to maneuver around in, however, I can't scroll to see all of the subjects. Also, the notes that are entered under the primary subject are not showing up. It would be nice to be able to edit a case/ subject to have an investigator add more information if needed. Nov. 11, 2016 Edit - I just recently logged into the app yesterday. The concept of having an app is a very great idea, however, the utilization of the app is extremely limited. As researcher, and for the investigators, the app should allow everyone to connect to each other. It shouldn't limit one user's ability to communicate. As an admin/researcher, it would be very beneficial to be able to edit the subject details and case information using the app on my phone if I am not able to make it to a computer. At the very least add a note to the case. Also, the scrolling issue wasn't fixed. It might be my phone, but I still can't scroll through all of the subjects.
